Decking Area and Front Garden
South facing with views over the local countryside, river Derwent and Lake District fells. Garden furniture is provided for all letting periods apart from the winter. Additionally there is a large modern charcoal barbeque and an overhanging parasol, for the really sunny days.
Parking
There are two private parking bays to the right of the house, one immediately alongside the west wall of the house, the other a couple of yards away in front of the house garage. If your party needs more parking spaces, then, this is provided at the bottom of the front lane, yards from the house.
Back Garden & Bicycle Store
Additionally, our property offers a beautiful back garden that receives ample sunlight and you’ll find a convenient table and chairs with parasol for your use, creating the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
There is also ample safe and secure bicycle storage in the back garden shed, capable of storing numerous bikes. A hose is also provided at the rear of the property for hosing off bikes after a day on the trail.
