We are Lesley and Roger Elliott and we live in Harrogate, but created Coldgill View as our special place and plan to retire to the property in time. We have a Bedlington terrier called Molly.

Having holidayed in the Lake District every year, we decided to buy a property in the vicinity in 2008, when we bought the original number 11 Coldgill Avenue. In 2013 the adjacent end property, then number 12, became available, which we bought. We then spent 2 years creating one property, using a local architect, builders and tradesmen.
