Welcome to Coldgill View, a large and cosy Cumbrian holiday home set in the characteristic village of Great Broughton, near Cockermouth. Located on the far western edge of Great Broughton, it is just a five-minute drive to Cockermouth, ten minutes to Bassenthwaite Lake, fifteen minutes to Keswick, and ten minutes to the Cumbrian coastal town of Maryport. Situated at the very end of the village, the property enjoys stunning, unobstructed views of the local countryside, the River Derwent, and the panoramic northern Lake District fells.
The property offers luxurious facilities and a sensitive yet contemporary décor. It features a south-facing decking area and front garden to enjoy these spectacular views, a wood-burning stove in the ample living room, and a fully equipped ultra-modern kitchen. There are four bedrooms, accommodating up to seven people, including one king-size and one double bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms, while the other bedrooms are served by a house bathroom offering all modern conveniences.
